SNEED, Circuit Judge: The Trust Funds brought two suits to recover delinquent trust fund contributions required under collective bargaining agreements signed by Bjorklund, an employer. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff Trust Funds in both suits and Bjorklund appealed. We affirm.
